Terms of Service

These pre-launch terms describe the intended rules for using OrderFlow.expert. They must be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction and approved before a public production launch.

Who we are

OrderFlow.expert provides a browser-based market-analysis workspace. Questions about the service can be sent to support@orderflow.expert. The operating entity and governing jurisdiction will be identified in the production version of these terms.

The service

The service provides charts, order-flow analysis tools, indicators and saved workspaces. It does not provide order execution, custody, brokerage services or investment advice. Please read the disclaimer before using the terminal.

Accounts

You may use the terminal as a guest where available. When you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Your guest workspace may transfer into the account you create, so that the tabs, layouts and drawings you configured are available there.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and only through its intended interfaces. Do not scrape or resell market data, create an unreasonable automated load, circumvent access controls or service limits, interfere with other users, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law cannot prohibit it.

Price and availability

The service is currently offered without a charge while the product grows. We may introduce paid plans, change features or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practical. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free data or a minimum service level at this stage.

Data and content

Market data is supplied by third parties and remains subject to their terms. You keep ownership of the workspace content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service to you.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or restrict an account when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. The production terms will state the account deletion process and any retention that follows it.

Liability

The service and market data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of data, and we are not responsible for trading decisions or losses made in reliance on the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. A production version will include an effective date and a method for notifying users about material changes.
